WHEN the Japanese automaker planned his 2017 vehicle, it got a “Liquid Flow” design, plush roomy interiors, class-leading features, an Electronic Stability Program (ESP), a Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS), side & curtain airbags and other safety norms.

Built on a stronger platform and a Total Effective Control Technology (TECT), this premium hatchback offers an optimum package of safety and stability. Extensive use of High Tensile Steel makes the body stronger, safer and lighter.

Dual airbags, seatbelts with pre-tensioners and force limiters, front disc brakes, apart from the Antilock Breaking System (ABS) & the Electronic Brake force Distribution (EBD) are available on this Japanese vehicle to be offering the Saudi market.

The Saudi market is a vibrant one for the Japanese Suzuki manufacturer that stresses on expanding its presence among the other automakers in KSA. With the changing demand for automotive, the Managing Director & CEO, of Maruti Suzuki, Kenichi Ayukawa said: “This new vehicle will be coming with a sophisticated design and advanced technology.”

The brand new platform of Suzuki’s new vehicle has won praise from experts globally for its superior ride and handling, safety, fuel efficiency and low vehicle noise and harshness. It is built on a brand new Suzuki platform which is lighter (by 100 kg), stronger (by 10%) and more rigid compared to existing platforms in the industry.

Other than the sophisticated design and among the technologies introduced into the vehicle, it provides a multi information speedometer display (4.2” color TFT), an automatic air conditioner, a tilt & telescopic steering, cruise control, steering mounted audio controls, rear wiper and washer, rear demister, keyless pushstart/stop, USB Port and Aux input and a height adjustable driver seat.

The new Suzuki vehicle will be offering the proven VVT Petrol (1.4 liter) with a fuel efficiency of 19.9 km/liter. It is also coming with a manual transmission option. — SG
