Traveling to Dubai? The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai is inviting guests to embark on a voyage of discovery with its new overnight package, ‘Discover with You’. Designed to showcase the luxury resort’s exclusive location on the shores of the Arabian Gulf as well as its culinary credentials, the new offering provides a unique sense of place and an opportunity to experience the best of the United Arab Emirates’ coastline and cuisine.
The experience begins with a four-hour sport fishing trip aboard a 31-foot yacht, where guests enjoy breakfast up on deck, whilst setting sail to one of the Gulf’s best-known fishing spots. The boat’s experts then guide guests on how to fish for their sustainable catch, with common species including Barracuda, Orange Spotted Trevally, Ehrenberg’s’ Snapper and Pink Ear Emperor.
On returning to shore, guests are invited to enjoy the fruits of their labor. Talented chefs serve the best of the morning’s catch at Palm Grill, the resort’s casual beachside restaurant, with breathtaking views of the Arabian Gulf, framed by the impressive skyscrapers of Dubai’s Marina. The fish is grilled and served with seasonal vegetables, sweet potatoes and assorted condiments, accompanied by a selection of Palm Grill’s signature appetizers and desserts.
‘Discover with You’ includes bed and breakfast, with a choice of accommodation between a Deluxe Room or Executive Suite; both benefitting from an artful blend of Mediterranean and Middle Eastern-inspired décor, and a private terrace of patio, orientated to face the resort’s lush landscaped gardens, and of course the lapping waves of the ocean.
