THE recently launched telecom complex for women in Riyadh is a good example of successful Saudization in the telecom sector. The entire complex is run and operated by women with transportation services provided for all employees. The operating times are appropriate for Saudi women, especially those who are married and have children.

Similar projects must be implemented in other cities of the country. As far as I know, two similar projects will soon be opened in Jeddah and Najran.
We should all support women and encourage the construction of such complexes where women can enjoy shopping to the maximum. Female customers will no longer have to worry about the content of their cell phones being stolen by men as all of the cell phone shops will be run by women and cell phones will be serviced by women.

It is a good investment opportunity that is worth being studied thoroughly and supported logistically. Female investors who want to build similar complexes should be encouraged to do so and provided with facilities.
Moreover, Saudi women who want to rent a shop in such a complex should be given more facilities in terms of rent and rental spaces. These complexes can boost our economy as well because more women will be interested in investing their money in such a complex or renting a cell phone shop.

The Ministry of Labor and Social Development cannot train and qualify all of the women who want to start such businesses as well as provide them with loans. Therefore, Saudi businessmen should help in this because such projects boost Saudization and create job opportunities for Saudi men and women. Perhaps we need to conduct studies on other sectors to see if we can implement such projects and whether they will be successful. In this way, we will be able to achieve a high rate of Saudization.
