JEDDAH – ARM United, Hyderabad Green, Saudi Oil and Jamoom Tigers scored emphatic wins over their respective opponents in the second week matches of Kanoo Premier League, sponsored by Yusuf Bin Ahmed Kanoo and organized by Jeddah Cricket Association.

ARM United defeated Ittihad comfortably by 57 runs, thanks to a fine spell of pace bowling by Zeeshan, who took 4-27.

Hyderabad Green thrashed CH XI by 69 runs with Sher Mohammed hitting a knock of 62. Jamoom Tigers beat Jamoom Fighters by 2 wickets in the last over with Touseef and Adnan contributing identical 36 runs apiece. Saudi Oil, led by Sulaiman’s superb century 102 (15 fours, 1 six), carved out a 17-run narrow win over Kashmir Stags despite Majid’s valiant 90 (10 fours, 4 sixes) going in vain.

ARM United beat Ittihad by 57 runs. ARM United 161-4 – Nazeer 38, Samiullah 30, Sami Khan 29, Arshad 22; Azam 2-31. Ittihad 104 all out – Zeeshan 4-27, Mansoor 2-18.

Hyderabad Green thrashed CH X1 by 69 runs. Hyderabad Green 206-5 – Atta Muhammad 26, Asif 50, Sher Muhammad 62. CH XI 137 all out – Hafiz Anees 20; Amir 2-18, Jameel 2-15, Raj 2-14.

Jamoom Tigers downed Jamoom Fighters by 2 wickets. Jamoom Fighters 226-7 in 20 overs – Naeem 61, Aamir 44, Aslam 40; Amir 2-47, Umer 2-54, Saeed 2-14. Jamoom Tigers 232-8 – Touseef 36, Usman 28, Adnan Butt 36, Umar 25; Amir 2-47.

Saudi Oil edged Kashmir Stags 17 runs. Saudi Oil 229 for 7 – Sulaiman Malik 102, Sulaiman Sindhi 52; Shabbir 2-35, Emad 2-55. Kashmir Stags 178 – Majid 90, Arif 28, Shabbeer 29; Ashiq 3-40, Munawwar 2-22, Raheb 3-34.
