PARIS — Mariam Rajavi, the leader of Iranian opposition, declared that Decisive Storm launched by the Arab coalition to restore legitimacy in Yemen, has successfully managed to thwart Iran's interference in Yemen.

In a speech at the closing session of the annual Iranian Opposition Conference in Paris Sunday, she called on the UN Security Council to denounce Iran's interference in the domestic affairs of the countries of the region, noting that throwing out Bashar Al-Assad's regime in Damascus would stop Iran's interference in Syria.

She added that Iran should be banned from sending weapons to Syria and Iraq and terrorist groups.
Rajavi confirmed that majority of Iranians oppose their country's interference in the affairs of the region, noting that Iran regime's practices have tarnished the image of Islam abroad as they have no relation with the moderate and peaceful faith. — SPA
