RIYADH – The Kingdom’s Ministry of Culture and Information is joining the United Arab Emirates (UAE) in celebrating its 46^th National Day.

The ministry began its 3-day cultural and arts activities on Saturday under the motto “Your pride is our pride”.

The Saudi cultural and folklore activities are being held in several Emirati cities including Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Ras Al-Khaimah and Ajman, Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported Sunday.

On this occasion, Minister of Culture and Information Dr. Awwad Al-Awwad said the Kingdom's ties of kinship and love with the government and people of the UAE are deep.

The Kingdom and the UAE share the same culture, traditions and values as well as love for one another.

Al-Awwad said this cultural participation is a symbolic expression of love and sharing the same visions and future aspirations.
