Egyptian school driver accused of promoting terrorist ideology

By Mansour Al-Shihry Okaz/Saudi Gazette RIYADH — The Public Prosecution charged an Egyptian driver with promoting terrorist ideologies that support Daesh and its agenda. The driver worked at a girls' school as a bus driver. He was charged with trying to convert students and staff members at the school into the ideology he espoused. He was also charged with defaming the Kingdom and its government by claiming that the Kingdom was not fit to host the two holy mosques. He expressed opposition to the pilgrimage regulations the Kingdom has in place. The prosecution also charged him with violating labor laws by freelancing when his work permit did not allow this. The public prosecutor demanded severe punishment for him, including deportation from the country.
