MIDO organizes training course for Al-Ghazali technicians

JEDDAH — Swiss company “MIDO” organized a training course for maintenance technicians in maintenance centers and sales officers in Al-Ghazali Trade Company, the exclusive agent for “MIDO” watches in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in occasion of putting up a new collection of Swiss “MIDO” watches in the Saudi market to train them on the latest maintenance means and ways in order to provide the best technical after-sale services for customers and increase “MIDO” watches’ cut in the Saudi market.
The courses were held by the sponsorship of Al-Ghazali executive manager Abdullatif Mohammed Al-Ali AL Abdullatif and in presence of “MIDO” watches’ area sales manager Didier Storrer and was attended by a number of maintenance technicians and sales officers in Jeddah.
During the training course, Didier Storrer, the area sales manager for “MIDO” watches, presented the latest maintenance means and technologies used by the mother company in Switzerland. He praised the level of Al-Ghazali Company’s maintenance center from the technologies used and the level of the working technicians, the leading role played by Al-Ghazali Trade Company to increase Swiss “MIDO” watches’ sales in the Saudi market and the after-sale services it provides in specialized maintenance centers. He also gave a detailed presentation for sales officers of the latest creations of “MIDO” watches’ designers and the new collection which will be put up in Basel Exhibition 2018.
Didier Storrer emphasized on the necessity of providing the best after-sale services and complemented the efforts exerted by Al-Ghazali Company aiming to increase and develop “MIDO” watches’ sales in the Saudi market and provide the best service for customers through maintenance centers spread through the main cities of the kingdom.
The executive manager of Al-Ghazali Trade Abdullatif Mohammed Al Abdullatif welcomed Didier Storrer saying: “We are gathered with “MIDO” by a strategic partnership that aims to raise the sales in the Saudi market and provide the best after-sale services.
