GALDERMA releases the new Restylane range in Saudi Arabia

GALDERMA, in collaboration with AMCO represented by Dr. Mohamad Saeed and MEDICA GROUP represented by Mrs. Tania Akl, has launched the first batch of the world's first hyaluronic acid fillers Restylane.
This product has been approved by the US Food and Drug Administration as well as by the Saudi Food and Drug Administration (SFDA).
Restylane’s new range was launched at Al-Habib Hospital in Al-Rayyan branch through a symposium held with a large presence of the most important dermatologists and cosmetic surgeons in the capital Riyadh and in Saudi Arabia from different cities, hospitals and beauty clinics and centers; hyaluronic acid fillers being a key daily used product in the practice of Aesthetic Treatments.
GALDERMA Middle East has been keen to host the international aesthetic physician, Dr. Kuldeep Minocha, from London, to present the new technology of Restylane, the difference between NASHA and OBT and to share his experience with the product, which have helped the development of cosmetic and plastic surgery solutions in the world as well as in the Middle East.
Dr. Minocha is renowned for his unique approach to treating patients from all over the world, especially Hollywood stars and celebrities from the UK. This visit and seminar coincided with the launch of the new range of Restylane and the importance of the Saudi market as one of the world's leading cosmetic markets.
From his part, GALDERMA Regional Manager for the Middle East, Africa and Turkey, Dr. Ahmed Hassan, said that they are keen to be present at this time as the world's first and most innovative hyaluronic acid range is being made available to the Saudi aesthetic practitioners.
The symposium was organized in one of the largest hospitals in the capital Riyadh to present the new range of products and how to use them in different indications and skin types, as well as their advantages for those interested in this field of aesthetics dermatology or plastic surgery.
Dr Hassan highlighted also that this is the first symposium of its kind in the Middle East, considering that the Saudi market is one of the most important markets in the region. To note that dermatology, plastic surgery and aesthetics in Saudi Arabia is considered one of the biggest and most successful markets as per the latest studies, figures and statistics in this field.
The Saudi market has witnessed lately a strong blossom of beauty clinics and hospitals, which makes it the strategic market for different companies operating in the region especially those having representative office in the capital Riyadh. — SG
