You had to be there to believe it. ADE 2014 facts and figures are another mind-boggling phenomena. With over 350,000 people attending the festival this year over 125 venues during 400 events, we witnessed 400 artists live on the ADE playground. A series of in-depth interviews were held with Hans Zimmer, Hardwell, Boy George, Oliver Heldens, Showtek, Sander Van Doorn, Martin Garrix, Ferry Corsten and Markus Schulz along with other label owners, managers and booking agents. And to top it all off, fourth time in a row, the biggest awards held by DJ Mag Top 100 DJs Poll were also announced during ADE. Hardwell was crowned number one DJ of the year. With Dutch DJs dominating the top slot this year; five of them even secured positions in the top 10.

New releases include the BeatSwitch that launched the 1st mobile app for booking agencies and artists at ADE. BeatSwitch hosted ADE PRO/TECH conference about tech companies featuring Atakan Akardere, Niels Brands, Peter Decuypere, Arjen SchoneVeld and Joe Basic among others for panel discussions.
Up next is Movement Torino is the European counterpart of the Movement Detroit Electronic Music Festival (DEMF), the world’s best dance music Festival launching it’s brand new format in Rome.
The line up includes Blawan & Karren, DJ sets from Ellen Allen, Chris Liebing, Maceo Plex, BLTS (Davide Squillace, Matthias Tanzman, Martin Buttrich), Kerri Chandler and many more. It takes places from 25th October to 1st of November.
