JEDDAH — Ahmed Mohamed Saleh Baeshen & Co. recently registered its honorary brand “Rabea Tea” in the Guinness World Records, breaking a new attempt for the largest tea bag in the world during an event held at Red Sea Mall here. 

 

A certified adjudicator from the Guinness World Records came from New York for this occasion. 

 

This event coincided with the launch of the company's latest innovative product “Full Leaf Tea Bags,” which guarantees costumers the optimum quality and taste which has been tendered through its loose full leaf tea over the years. 

 

Ahmed Mohamed Saleh Baeshen & Co. “Rabea Tea” was able to break this new world record by manufacturing the largest tea bag in history; weighing at 250 kilograms, Rabea Tea’s largest bag measures four meters in height and three meters in width, enough to prepare an astounding 100,000 cups of tea. 

 

The bag recently also toured both Riyadh and Al Khobar, offering passersby the opportunity to get a close view of the largest tea bag in the world at Hayat Mall in Riyadh and Al Rashid Mall in Al Khobar. 

 

The bag was welcomed by mall visitors who engaged with the brand, expressing their utmost joy for the success for a new record inked in the Kingdom, affirming its leading and prominent role within different commercial and industrial Saudi companies.
