HAIL — Hail Police have arrested five young men aged between 18 and 25 for assaulting and robbing a serving military officer and his wife in Al-Mahfar village. Hail Region Police spokesman Brig. Gen. Abdulaziz Al-Zunaidi said the soldier called the police and reported that five young men pursued him and his wife. They thrashed his car and stole their cell phones, an electricity generator and several other belongings. The soldier who is stationed in Riyadh said the men asked who the woman with him was. When he told them she was his wife, they called him a liar and attempted to pull her out of the car. He was able to fight them off. Police have arrested all five men and investigations are currently under way.
