BAHA — Traffic police arrested a 27-year-old man in possession of a bottle of liquor, 12 amphetamine pills and an unlicensed gun in Al-Aqeeq. Baha Police spokesman Saad Saleh Al-Tirad said officers asked a driver who looked suspicious to step out of the car but he refused and sped away. The policemen then shot three bullets into the air as a warning but the driver still did not stop. They then successfully shot the rear tires of the car to bring it to a halt. The illegal goods were found and the case was forwarded to investigation authorities for further procedures.
