On the occasion of “LuLu Sea Food Fest 2014”, General Director of Saudi Aquaculture Department Ahmed Bin Saleh Al-Aiadh inaugurates “LuLu Sea Food Fest 2014” at LuLu Murabba last Dec. 3. RIYADH — The inaugural five-day “Sea Food Fest” concluded Sunday (Dec. 7) at LuLu Saudi Hypermarket outlets in Saudi Arabia. This was the 4th consecutive year that LuLu Saudi Hypermarket held the seafood festival. The event included activities aimed at educating customers about different seafood habits, and to give them insights into various cooking styles and ingredients in different cuisines.



During the fest, LuLu showcased more than 100 varieties of fishes including fresh fish, frozen fish, dry fish, imported famous fishes from all over the world and fish related products to cater customers from different nationalities.



Cooking competition and other colorful activities took place during the festival, which displayed a huge variety of fishes, both local and fresh imports, ranging from fresh Norwegian salmon, smoked salmon, Egyptian tilapia, Atlantic mackerel, Rainbow trout, crab, mussels, squids, oysters, live tilapia, live lobsters to live crayfish.



Customers got the quality seafood with reasonable prices, while enjoying great cooking demos, live entertainment, etc.



The Sea Food Fest was officially inaugurated by Ahmed Bin Saleh Al-Aiadh, General Director of Aquaculture Dept., at LuLu Hypermarket, Murabba on Dec. 3.



LuLu’s Hot Food Section offered a wide range of sea food biryanis, fish fries, fish n chips, grilled fishes, fish curries, sea food salads and fish sandwiches. Bakery section exhibited fish pizzas, fish bun, puffs, etc. — SG
