With regard to the article "On Palestine, Israeli activist brings message of hope" (Feb. 6), believing in peace, willing it firmly, making every effort to concretely establish it, and never giving up is a moral duty. Opponents of peace want only one thing: to discourage and undermine peace initiatives, to boycott all people of goodwill, to block the advent of a new world based on love, justice, truth and harmony. None of the Abrahamic religions is based on injustice, lying, dishonesty, oppression or violence. Sincerely believing in God also implies acting on religious values.
