No one is going to smoke if there is nothing to smoke.  This means stop selling cigarettes and stop providing places for people to smoke.

If you want people to stop smoking, don’t just put a ban on smoking in malls, airports, restaurants and workplaces. Ban all cigarettes and other tobacco products and don’t let them enter the Kingdom. If Saudi Arabia has zero cigarettes or tobacco products, then it is lung cancer free.

This needs to start in schools. Educate the young and send home the message. Hopefully, parents will be affected by the message that their children bring from school and children will have a strong message ingrained in them before they take up the smoking habit.
