JEDDAH — The Civil Defense extinguished a fire that broke out in a power station in Al-Faiha District on Saturday. Makkah Civil Defense Spokesman Col. Saeed Sarhan said the fire started after a diesel tank in the station leaked fuel onto an electric cord. The power generator that caught on fire was immediately shut down to prevent it from exploding. No injuries or losses were reported during the incident.
