Some people delay giving back others their rights and make them resort to going to court, hiring lawyers and going through the rigmarole of paying fees and attending endless court hearings. These people should be forced to give back others their rights immediately and without any delay. They should not be given the chance to go round the system and take advantage of the money they have taken from others and invested to generate profit for themselves.



Cases involving money taken from others for investment purposes usually drag on for months, if not years, and the people who filed the cases get tired and give up due to the length of time such procedures take. People sometimes cannot afford to pay lawyers if cases drag on too long.



If nothing is done to change this situation, we will continue to see people deceiving others and not paying them their dues. I am not objecting to court judgments or casting doubt on our system of justice. What I am saying is that  courts should expedite processes because victims usually end up paying expensive fees to lawyers.



I believe that the victims of fraud should be reimbursed for the money they pay to lawyers; fraudsters should be ordered to bear lawyers’ fees. It is high time the courts took drastic measures against these fraudsters.
