The company honored some of its Saudi employees, whose numbers are increasing year after year, while also celebrating the promotion of some of them to senior positions in the company —as managers in some of the company’s branches.

The company’s branches have spread all over the Kingdom to reach more than 95 branches, and Saudi male and female employees exceed 940 employees.

The company has been classified (Platinum) in Nitaqat program at the Ministry of Labor for achieving more than 43% Saudization and the outstanding application of the feminization policy pursuant to the directives and instructions of the ministry.

It received a letter of appreciation from the minister of labor for applying the feminization program in accordance with the law.

The company has made significant development and is a keen competitor in the domestic market and among retailers, while understanding the needs of the citizens and residents of all classes and its ability to combine high quality and affordable price thus enabling it to take a leading and advanced role.

The event included a variety of programs, competitions and valuable gifts such as tourist travel tickets and stays in some European countries were awarded.

Saudi employees, who came from all over the regions and cities of the Kingdom to attend the event, expressed their happiness for this honor and hospitality.

They said that this gave them the necessary encouragement along with the material, moral incentives to work harder.

The Saudi employees were encouraged to accept the challenge in the Saudization of jobs, including senior posts with the company officials pledging to provide all possible facilities to achieve Saudization.
