Health Affairs evacuating patients from Jeddah convalescence center

The Health Affairs Directorate in Jeddah is going ahead with its plan to evacuate patients from the Convalescence Center to various hospitals in the governorate.

JEDDAH – The Health Affairs Directorate in Jeddah is going ahead with its plan to evacuate patients from the Convalescence Center to various hospitals in the governorate.

 

The Emergency and Crises Administration in Jeddah Health Affairs, headed by Dr. Samer Usrah, is supervising the evacuation, which is carried out in line with the instructions of the Director of Jeddah Health Affairs Dr. Mubarak Bin Hassan Dhafer.

 

Assistant Director of Health Affairs for Curative Services Dr. Ahmad Fadin put the number of patients remaining in the Convalescence Center at 74. All of them will be evacuated in the coming few days, he said.

 

Fadin said five patients were evacuated to Rabigh General Hospital and five others were transported to Ibn Sina Hospital in Hadda on Thursday.

Twenty-six patients were moved to King Fahd Hospital, 20 patients to King Abdulaziz Hospital and six patients to Al-Thagher Hospital over the past two days.
