JEDDAH — Muhammad Al-Mukhtar Al-Faal is the new editor-in-chief of Okaz daily. His appointment was approved by Minister of Culture and Information Dr. Adel Bin Zaid Al-Turaifi on Wednesday.



Al-Faal was working as acting editor-in-chief of Okaz daily for the last three months.



A veteran journalist, Al-Faal has worked for several newspapers in different capacities in his career spanning three decades. Al-Faal was editor-in-chief of Urdu News and Al-Madina.
