Bupa Arabia launches exclusive insurance plan for single Saudis

BUPA Arabia launched a unique insurance policy tailored to Saudi individuals, the Individual Healthcare Product, making it the first health insurance provider in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to offer such dedicated healthcare to any single male or female Saudis between the ages of 18 and 50 in line with the company’s continued dedicated to provide the most innovative in healthcare for its members and provide a healthier life for the community.



 Eng. Ali Sheneamer, Chief Commercial Officer at Bupa Arabia,  said “the launching of this first-ever program in Saudi Arabia comes in line with our efforts to provide the most pioneering health insurance coverages across all, ensuring that we are close to all our members and community and presenting 3 different state of the art schemes that are especially designed to meet every individual need in that segment, whether singles working in the public sector or widowed, and be near them to fulfill our promise of being with them for better health, utilizing our national and international expertise in health insurance services.”

Nahas further said: “The program is designed especially for male or female individuals that are single, divorced or widowed women with coverage up to SR250,000 in line with the health standards of that segment of our community taking into consideration average monthly income. It does not cover chronic diseases which are not a widespread for the age bracket this product is designed for, where most of insurance spending goes on these types of diseases. The coverage includes in and out patients, dental, optical, natural therapy and emergency coverage in and outside Saudi Arabia along with other exclusive services under 3 main categories: Gold, Silver and Bronze.”  — SG
