Mother gets custody of abused children

The Ministry of Social Affairs has said a group of abused children in Makkah are in good health and are currently being returned to their biological mother and maternal grandfather.

BAHA — The Ministry of Social Affairs has said a group of abused children in Makkah are in good health and are currently being returned to their biological mother and maternal grandfather. Baha Ministry of Social Affairs Director Ahmad Al-Asimi said the children's stepmother had abused them when they lived with their father in Makkah. According to the ministry, the directorate is following up the case of the children to ensure they are safe and happy in their new home.
