BAHA — An Asian worker has drowned while working on a water network project. A co-worker reported that the victim was welding a pipe underground as part of a desalination plant water network. The pipe burst and the expatriate drowned immediately due to the water pressure. The company reported the incident to police. It is the second incident where the company's worker has drowned after a pipe burst.
