JEDDAH — During the Orientation Week for new students, Batterjee Medical College organized a lecture entitled ‘Keys to Success,’ which was presented by Dr. Majed Ali Qanash, psychology and behavior consultant, at Sheikh Abdul Jalil Auditorium, BMC.



The lecture included several areas of discussion with key words such as strategy, success and failure. Also, the speaker presented keys to success and how to learn from past experiences and failures as well as identifying the keys to reach goals.



The speaker gave advices and tips to students to succeed in their lives, plan their objectives and lead a bright future.



Dr. Osama Kensara, BMC dean, said that the purpose of this lecture was to define the keys to success to students and show them how to overcome obstacles, especially during their undergraduate level, how to strengthen their self-reliance and be open to new stages of life.



He said that BMC has always been keen on offering such lectures and workshops that emphasize on self-development, which are important in the students’ journey of discovering themselves and their interests.



On his side Sobhi Batterjee, chairman of the Board of Trustees, said that successful people do not wait for success to knock on their door, they do not wait for luck, they make it through hard work and commitment.



He stressed that it is quite important to equip students with knowledge to be active participants in their society.
