Your stressful and busy lifestyle leaves you almost no time for indulging your skin. As you grow older, your skin gradually becomes thinner and finely wrinkled and eventually isn’t the same baby-soft body glove you were born with. Oil-producing (sebaceous) glands become less active, leaving your skin dryer. The number of blood vessels in your skin reduces, your skin becomes fragile, and you lose your youthful glimmer and color.

Unlike what most of people think that poor skin comes with age. Not true. We all know few people who look great for their age - without undergoing plastic surgery, Botox or medications. Chances are it is because of what’s going on with their colon. When your colon works efficiently - your skin will glow naturally. A good colon cleansing on a regular basis will help draw out toxins and undigested waste.

The health of your skin is mainly defined by the amount of water you drink, the type of food you eat and how well you body eliminates waste. If these three things are working well chances are you will have youthful skin. Anti aging begins with what you eat. When any of these areas become unbalanced then your skin will be one of the first places to show it.

The secret to youthful skin and natural anti aging basically starts in your colon. Healthy skin is broadly due your liver and colon working properly to eliminate waste and toxins. When these organs function effectively and are not flooded with poisons your skin will look and feel delicate and smooth. Although hormones and genetics play a part in skin health many people can have youthful looking skin by cleaning their colon regularly.

Our diets are often lacking in whole grain fiber and the volumes of fresh and uncooked vegetables that it takes to clean out the gunk. Highly processed foods like white flour and sugar turn into a sticky substance once inside your belly. Most of this foodstuff is only waste since there is little nutrition to digest. Literally, every time your colon gets overloaded trying to process too much waste it has no other choice but to reabsorb the toxins into your fatty cells or try to eliminate them through your skin.

The first step to achieving healthy skin is to drink plenty of clean and filtered water.

Second, you should maintain a diet filled with fresh vegetables and whole grain fibers. Add a whole food green supplement to boost your vitamin B and give you the added nutrition your body craves. Colon cleansing is one of the simplest ways of gaining a healthier more youthful glow.
