Manahil International Co. member of Mohamed Yousuf Naghi & Brothers Group, launched the new generation of Ankai buses in Saudi Arabia at Park Hyatt Jeddah recently.
The new Ankai buses were revealed in the presence of Chairman of Ankai company Dai Maofang, Zhang Ming (Commercial Consul for the People’s Republic of China) and Sheikh Mohamed Yousuf Naghi along with other notable officials from transport sector of Saudi Arabia.
Speaking on the occasion, the chairman of Ankai group Dai Maofang stated: “Saudi Arabia is undoubtedly an important market for us and today this launch serves as another milestone for this strategic partnership between Ankai and Manahil International Co.”
He said the team of Ankai comprise of professional workforce of trainers and technicians that ensure rendering pristine services and technical support to an extensive number of Ankai buses running in the Kingdom across a wide array of customers.
“Ankai is one of the largest bus manufacturing company in China with exports to various countries around the globe. The strategic partnership of Manahil International Co. and Ankai was deemed as the most strategic one in terms of its commitment and dedication to the transport sector in the Kingdom,” he added.
Mazen Yousuf, director for Commercial Vehicles at Mohamed Yousuf Naghi & Brothers Group was master of ceremony and said: “Ankai buses are no less than their European counterparts in terms of their quality, performance, versatility and reliability along with highest security standards.”
“The fact has been attested by the use of Ankai buses in the Kingdom for several years. There is a high level of trust involved for Ankai buses as they are broadly used during Haj and Umrah pilgrimage, general transportation for school students and tourism,” he added.
He said: “We foresee that Ankai will successfully continue to serve the Saudi market with international standards in terms of features and latest technology.”
