JEDDAH — Prince Abdullah Bin Saud Bin Muhammad, chairman of Jeddah Tourism Committee, inaugurated the first art exhibition for graduate female students of the Saudi Center for Fine Arts here recently.
Spread over the new renovated Abdullah Al-Qasabi Gallery and divided into various themes, the exhibition displayed an impressive 400 pieces from Saudi female artists.
Prince Abdullah said he liked the beautiful works on display and emphasized the importance of exposing young Saudi artists to international and local creative spirits.
The participating female artists are: Rozana Mansouri, Afrah Al-Attas, Iman Jiffry, Sara Hanbizaza, Nabial Al-Hakeem, Josfeen Salvador, Hind Khideri, Ashwaq Al-Meer, Noof Bader, Hanna Khushim, Linda Ogli, Noor Al-Sawaf, Rawiah Al-Ahmadi, Ruqiah Al-Otaibi, Asma Al-Shanqiti, Lana Al-Shanqiti, Arzaq Ba Qais, Athar Sait, Safa Kabli, Afnan Al-Ghalib, Fathia Al-Farawati, Khloud Qari, Noora Al-Qahtani, Abir Aamer, Sara Baroom, Finda Al-Shaker, Randa Al-Shaker, Somiah Hajar, Hanan Moosa, Moona Al-Ghamdi, Samira Nawawi, Hajir Al-Hajawri, Noora Al-Otaibi, Salma Dhawi, Gufran Hassan and Widad Al-Harbi.
Prince Abdullah admired the role of Saudi Center for Fine Arts in supporting such young Saudi female artists and giving them an opportunity to display their fine arts.
