THE full-fledged home furniture and decor company, Batal Design Holding has opened a new showroom in flagship store in Jeddah on Monday, combining all its brands in a one-stop shopping experience.
Batal Design Holding’s branch in Jeddah is now one of the company biggest stores in the region. The customers now can find B Design, Daze, Intercasa and B Office products in one place and enjoy the experience of combining the furniture pieces from each brand.
According to the CEO of BD Holding, Hussien El Batal, the 2016 collection is showcasing a mix of classical and modern furniture with a twist and all items reflect the new mood of the main brand names and lead designers in the furniture industry.
When he was asked about the kind of strategy that the company uses to balance between the quality and the low cost, he explained that Daze brand has a global procurement plan from all over the world.
“We apply the best quality/price ratio in our buying decisions. We are very strict in quality assurance policy regarding the pick of the best raw material, and the most professional assembly strategies,” Al Batal added.
He also mentioned that B Design brand targets the high-end consumers around the MENA region. “The mood and the trends follow the most prestigious brand names and renowned designers in the world. New collections are introduced every 6 months following the global high end trend,” Al Batal said.
Saudi eentrepreneur Alaa Balkhy hosted the opening of the new showroom, which is located in Prince Saud Al Faisal Road, Al Rawdah Street. The opening of the event took place under the aegis of Dr. Nasser Al Tayyar and in the presence of VIPs and media.
Batal Design is a family business that was found in 1956 in Lebanon and currently has several branches in the Kingdom — in Riyadh, Khobar, and Jeddah. The company, which is aiming to expand in the Arab region, has a factory in Riyadh.
