JUFFALI Automotive Co. (JACO), the exclusive distributor for Mercedes-Benz passenger cars in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, has recently celebrated the exceptional achievements of the year 2015 during its annual awards event it held at King Abdullah Economic City (KAEC).
Daimler Middle East & Levant commented; these achievements are granted to Juffali Automotive Co. the “Best Distributor in the Middle East” award for the painstaking and persevering efforts JACO and its staff members exerted to achieve high level customer satisfaction in the Kingdom. ]
Several activities were organized for JACO staff by Juffali Automotive Co. during the event while the departments and employees that displayed outstanding performance were honored. The staff members were briefed on the plans for the year 2016 to ensure that they could overcome all potential challenges and continue the company’s successful journey.
Safi Kobeissi, JACO General Manager, expressed his deepest thanks to all personnel members for everything they had done to upgrade and improve customer services and meet customer high expectations.

JACO continued implementing its expansion policy and opened a new branch in the Southern Region, specifically in Abha, which is a 350 Facility delivering services in all Sales, Service and Spare Parts to customers under the same ceiling, Kobeissi explained.
The year 2015 also saw the successful test drive experiences which attracted an enormous number of enthusiasts and proved to be a good opportunity for Mercedes-Benz to showcase the capabilities and power of all its classes, he noted. The test drives took place in the Central, Western and Eastern regions and the fans enjoyed driving over 50 models of Mercedes-Benz cars. ]
“These test drives contributed to increasing sales by eight percent compared with that of the year 2014. Besides, the high customer satisfaction and trust levels played a major role in selecting JACO as the best distributor of Mercedes-Benz automobiles in the Middle East. Satisfaction and trust are two important elements of our success,” he stressed.
