JEDDAH — Emaar Middle East, the subsidiary of global developer Emaar Properties, has awarded the construction contract for its new ‘Emaar Residences’ in Jeddah Gate to Arabian Construction CO (ACC), a leading construction company in the region.
Located in the heart of Jeddah Gate, the integrated master-planned community by Emaar Middle East, ‘Emaar Residences’ features three high-rise towers with only 283 homes including penthouses. The homes are located in close proximity to a wide range of leisure, recreation and retail facilities. Drilling work for the project, which was launched late last year, has started.
Emaar Residences has gained overwhelming response from end-users and long-term investors and is today one of the most sought-after residential projects in Jeddah.
Residents move into the bustling, established neighbourhood of Jeddah Gate, where homes have already been handed over in Abraj Al Hilal 1, while Abraj Al Hilal 2 residences are nearing completion. Emaar Middle East is also constructing Emaar Square, with ACC as the construction contractor. Emaar Square is a dedicated commercial precinct in Jeddah Gate, which is scheduled for hand over later this year.
