JEDDAH — The Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs launched Baladi, the new e-portal for property and construction licensing.
Municipal and Rural Affairs Minister Abdullatif Al-Asheikh announced in a press conference on Thursday that the ministry will facilitate the property and construction licensing process through the e-portal.
“The portal is shared by the ministry and all of its municipalities.
Authorized persons can follow up with the progress of each application for licensing. The portal also offers a platform that is open 24 hours to receive citizens’ complaints and suggestions,” said Al-Asheikh.
He added the portal will increase the efficiency and workflow in the ministry.
