JEDDAH – The Saudi Arabian Airlines has reinforced its capabilities at its international check-in facilities located in Riyadh city in the wake of a huge rush of passengers at King Khalid International Airport during the summer vacation. More staff and equipment have been made available for completing the travel procedures, issuance of boarding passes and baggage check-in. After completing the procedures at the city check-in center, the passengers can go directly for immigration and security check at the airport, Saudia said in a statement. The facility is located at the headquarters of Saudia Club on the eastern ring road between exits 14 and 15. There has been a tremendous response from passengers to the city check-in facility since its opening in January this year. Saudia staff at the facility will extend services to the passengers from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily except on Fridays. On Fridays, the timing is from 1 p.m. to 10 p.m. Passengers can check in their baggage 6 to 24 hours before departure on all international flights except flights to the United States, Canada and Britain.
