CAIRO — In two separate events, Egyptian Zamalek SC recently honored two Egyptian Olympic champions, Hedaya Malak and Mohamed Ehab, for receiving bronze medals at the Rio 2016 Olympics.

The 23-year-old Malak received bronze in Taekwondo, while 26-year-old Ehab received bronze in weightlifting.

After receiving the bronze, Ehab said he was a huge fan of the Zamalek football team.

They both where given Zamalek SC honorary memberships in support of their achievements.

Ehab was received by Zamalek Club chief, Mourtada Mansour, while Hadaya was welcomed with a huge celebration and honored by board of directors member, Ahmed Mourtada.

Ehab and Hadaya were the only two Egyptian Olympians to receive medals at the Rio 2016 Olympics.
