TAIF — The victims of the gruesome murder of Taif were buried on Tuesday.
A source said the victim Mohammad and his wife Fatima who were murdered by their own son were buried with a large number of people attending.
“The victims were murdered in their own house in Al-Sihaili District in Taif. The murder shook the entire city and many attended the funeral prayer which took place in Al-Abbas Mosque,” said the source.
Faris Al-Otaibi said the murder is horrific and inconceivable.
“People couldn’t stop crying at the incident. It is the cruelest thing I have ever come across. The grief was not confined to the people of Taif alone.
“The whole country was in mourning. A hashtag was created on Twitter in relation to the murder and it was trending,” said Al-Otaibi.
