JEDDAH — Al-Kon (Global) International School has once again achieved honorable results in the Cambridge International Examinations (CIE).

This year, five students from Al-Kon received soaring scores and managed to achieve eight different ranks at the national and international levels in the May/June 2016 session. Mennatullah Amr Hussein ranked first across seven IGCSE subjects and top in business in Saudi Arabia. Dena Mostafa Nassef ranked second across seven IGCSE subjects in Saudi Arabia and top in English in the Western Province. Salma Amro Elfeki has ranked top in chemistry and accounting in Saudi Arabia, Ahmed Hazem Fawzy has ranked top in chemistry in the Western Province, and Mirna Magdy Ahmed has ranked top in biology in the Western Province.

It is also worth mentioning that last year the Consulate General of the United Kingdom in Jeddah honored three of Al-Kon stars: Sobhi Gheath Kazmouz (Top in Saudi Arabia across 3 subjects), Noha Raafat Abdelraouf (Top in biology in Saudi Arabia), and Fatmaelzahraa Ahmed Diaa (Top in accounting in Saudi Arabia). The Consul General Mohammed Talaat awarded certificates of honor on them, while Al-Kon was represented by Magdalene Ba Khashab (Director), Khaled Aref El-Danaf (Principal), and Saoussanne Mansour (Student Counselor).

The school highly appreciates the generous interest of the Consulate General of the United Kingdom in honoring and supporting world rankers every year. This honorable event is expected to take place in February this year, and definitely there will be representatives from Cambridge University and the British Council.

Al-Kon (Global) International school provides high-quality education, and that the school sticks to very high standards in recruiting and mentoring qualified staff for the sake of achieving the best learning outcomes.
The school also stresses the fruitful outcome of the cooperation between the school and the parents for the sake of students’ success.
