RIYADH – Etihad Etisalat (Mobily) launched its new revamped postpaid packages to fit customers’ real needs. Mobily granted unlimited calls in-network in all packages and Internet without fair usage policy, in addition to free minutes for out-network calls inside the Kingdom.
Mobily clarified that all current and new customers will enjoy unlimited calls in-Mobily-network, and the features of the new packages are:
• (Wajid 400) subscribers will enjoy unlimited internet, 2000 monthly minutes to all networks, 400 SMS to all networks.
• (Wajid 300) subscribers will enjoy 20 GB Internet, 1000 monthly minutes to all networks, 300 SMS to all networks.
• (Wajid 200) subscribers will enjoy 10 GB Internet, 500 monthly minutes to all networks, 200 SMS to all networks.
Hashem Hamidaddin, General Manager National Proposition, said “we did a major revamp on postpaid packages after a thorough study of the telecom market products to reach customers’ needs. We also revamped the monthly bill to become easier to review, and since we comprehend the increase demand on Internet services, we enhanced (Wajid) packages with more internet than before.”
“Our customers will receive SMS messages about their internet and voice usage rate to enable them to manage his monthly bills in a better way and avoid any additional fees. Moreover; in case of using all monthly features, the customer will get special internet and voice packages with competitive prices.” Hamidaddin added.
All customers who want to subscribe in above packages can get a new number (special) or transfer the same number from other operators or from current Mobily packages. All Mobily customers can subscribe in the new packages by sending SMS. After using all your package features, the voice call will be 30 halalah for each minute and 30 halalah for each 1 Mbps data. The calculation unit will be second for voice calls and Mbps for data which allow customers to better use of their monthly features. — SG
