MERYEM Uzerli - Turkish-German actress and model, most famously known for her role as Hürrem Sultan in the Turkish TV series Muhteşem Yüzyıl – has officially launched her brand new makeup kit with Wojooh. Her exclusive makeup kit was inspired by the eyes of a woman, and her passion for beauty. Her kit includes 2 mascaras, a felt tip eye liner, a kajal liner and a 4 shade eye shadow palette – that will make any girl from this region go gaga over. Let’s just say, she has mastered the extreme pigmentation, sparkle and drama that we are most known for loving! To celebrate our partnership, Wojooh invited the superstar to experience a one of a kind tour of Saudi Arabia. Although her visit was short lived, Meryem has confessed to have fallen in love with the Kingdom – specifically its culture, its people, and most of all its fashion & beauty. During her stay, Meryem was dressed by some of the country’s finest designers and fell in love with the local fashion.
Meryem kicked off the tour where she hosted a meet and greet in Wojooh Nojoud Center for all her fans to enjoy! Anyone who purchased the Meryem kit was lucky enough to have it signed by the beautiful actress while they indulged some light bites and refreshments. In Riyadh, Wojooh hosted a super exclusive private dinner in honor of Meryem with some of the city’s finest VIP’s and influencers. Meryem and her guests were served an exquisite meal. Meryem surprised her guests with an impromptu mini masterclass, where she taught the girls how to do a dramatic eye look using her kit.
Meryem ended the leg of her tour in Al-Khobar to open up a brand new Wojooh flagship store in Sheikh Avenue. She graced the store with a ribbon cutting for selected VIP guests and press, followed by the grand store opening for the public from 8 pm onwards. Fans were able to meet the famous Meryem and get their makeup kits signed, while enjoying some treats and refreshments.
The superstar will be back in the region with Wojooh in Doha, Qatar. She will host a meet and greet at Wojooh, Mall of Qatar where fans will have the opportunity to meet her and get their makeup kits signed.
Meryem will then fly back into Dubai where she will have an appearance in the Mall of Emirates with Wojooh. Meryem will show us her skills with a quick makeup tutorial to show off her brand new products and will then be free to sign makeup kits that were purchased by fans. — SG
