JEDDAH — Ibrahim Juffali & Brothers, dealers of Mercedes-Benz vehicles, honored Mercedes truckers who drove over a million kilometer, using Mercedes famous trucks “Mercedes-Benz ACTROS”. The honoring took place in a special ceremony held for this purpose at the company›s facility in Jeddah.
This honoring event came within the company’s endeavor to strengthen its relationship with Mercedes-Benz ACTROS truck fleet operators, who are committed to maximum traffic safety rules; through driving thousands of scheduled daily trips across the GCC and Saudi Arabia.
Where “GASCO” has achieved 1st position for its truck “Mercedes-Benz ACTROS” for travelling a distance of 2,300,459 km since it hits the road surpassing its counterpart “Aljary for Transporation Company”, who came 2nd for travelling 2,060,028 km.
Sheikh Khalid Aljuffali, Chairman of the company, said: “This honor is acquired right for the ideal truckers who have made a special effort during the past year, using Mercedes trucks in a safe way,” and added: “In addition to the production of highly sophisticated Mercedes trucks; the company is very keen to enhance its strategic relationship with its customers through holding various ceremonies to honor those ideal truckers.”
Noting that Ibrahim Aljuffali & Brothers Company was the first company to set up a truck assembly plant for the production of Mercedes-Benz trucks, coaches, van and cars, thanks to the concerted efforts made by the working team and the precious assistance provided by its partner Mercedes-Benz, Juffali succeeded in building National Automobile Industries (NAI) factory, which soon became among the world’s best Mercedes-Bens trucks factories.
