DUBAI – Saudi Telecom Co. (STC) signed a 3-year strategic partnership agreement with Hilton Hotels as Qitaf success partner on the sidelines of the ongoing Gitex Dubai Technology Week 2012.



The strategic partnership aims to provide exclusive services to Qitaf customers and is considered to be the first of its kind for a loyalty program that takes its customers globally by enabling them to exchange their Qitaf points into HHonors points (Hilton Honors Loyalty Points) instantly and through the Internet.



As part of the exchange program, Qitaf customers will be able to exchange their loyalty points to Hilton Honors loyalty points (HHonors) and to redeem them at any Hilton Hotel across the globe for various exclusive services and perks, like free booking and room upgrades, experience rewards and fancy lifestyle.



“We are excited with the amount of exclusive features that this program will offer our customers. With this partnership, our customers will have a lot to look forward for at 3,750 Hilton hotels in 84 countries,” said Mazyad Al Harbi, VP for Home Services at STC. – SG
