MANILA — Michael De Mesa and Cherie Gil are each headlining theater shows from the 46th season of the Repertory Philippines (Rep) this year.



The siblings, who are veteran thespians, will be working with some of the country’s theater stalwarts, according to Interaksyon.com. De Mesa will make his Rep debut in the comedy “Boeing Boeing” alongside Rep mainstay Michael Williams, while Gil will play the iconic Mrs. Robinson in Rep’s adaptation of “The Graduate.” — SG
