RIYADH — Detectives in Riyadh have arrested a banker for forging a check for his brother. The funds, amounting to SR5 million, came from the account of one of the bank’s customers. Investigations showed the brother left for Al-Rass, where he hid part of the stolen money in the desert after which he bought a Lexus Jeep for SR365,000 and registered it in his name. Investigators managed to track down and arrest the two brothers, who confessed to their crime after evidence was presented to them.
