MANILA — Filipino actress Angel Locsin and matinee idol Richard Gutierrez have announced they are doing a movie together as part of the new contract she recently signed with Star Cinema. It has been more than five years since they last worked together on the movie “The Promise,” which came out in 2007. The reunion movie will be co-produced by Regal Films. Other films will see her starring alongside Dingdong Dantes and Angelica Panganiban, with an all-female cast including Panganiban, Toni Gonzaga and Bea Alonzo, and with comedian-host Vhong Navarro. Locsin said she was grateful to have been entrusted with four film projects, as well as to her home network, manager, and fans for their continued support. — SG
