Indian professor embraces Islam

An Indian professor at the University of Qassim has embraced Islam and changed her name from “Ritu” to “Nour.” Professor Nour expressed great happiness at embracing Islam, saying she converted because of her great admiration of the good manners, virtues and morality of the Muslim staff around her in the Faculty of Sciences where she works.

QASSIM — An Indian professor at the University of Qassim has embraced Islam and changed her name from “Ritu” to “Nour.” Professor Nour expressed great happiness at embracing Islam, saying she converted because of her great admiration of the good manners, virtues and morality of the Muslim staff around her in the Faculty of Sciences where she works. The faculty’s students club in collaboration with faculty staff held a special celebration on this occasion and presented commemorative gifts to the professor.
