23 prisoners freed after royal order

Twenty-three prisoners were released from a prison in Qassim in accordance with a royal decree issued by Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah.

QASSIM — Twenty-three prisoners were released from a prison in Qassim in accordance with a royal decree issued by Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah. Brig. Gen. Saleh Bin Abdullah Al-Qarzai, head of the Qassim prisons management, said the release of these prisoners is subject to the conditions of a royal decree and a committee has been formed to select eligible prisoners.
