Woman hit by a car at Al-Haramain Road

MAKKAH — Makkah Police opened an investigation into how a woman got hit by a car at Al-Haramain Road near Makkah Gate.

Lt. Col. Fawzi Al-Ansari, Makkah Traffic Administration spokesman, said: “We still don’t know what the woman was doing on the highway.”

He pointed out that the woman didn’t have any ID and they still hadn’t established her identity.

A Red Crescent ambulance rushed to the scene and took the woman to King Abdul Aziz Hospital in Al-Zahir District in Makkah. The woman suffered head contusions and multiple fractures.
