Kingdom to chair OIC environment conference

JEDDAH — Saudi Arabia will chair the 5th Conference of Environment Ministers of member countries of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) in Astana, Kazakhstan, on May 17 and 18.

Prince Turki Bin Nasser, General President of the Presidency of Meteorology and Environment (PME), said the conference will discuss a number of issues related to environment and sustainable development in OIC’s member countries. — SG/SPA
