JEDDAH – Canon Middle East has launched its new Channel Partner Program specially designed for its Saudi Channel Partners. The new program announced recently at the Canon IT Dealer Seminar held in Riyadh, Al-Khobar and Jeddah will enable partners to take advantage of the unrivalled strength of the Canon product portfolio combined with dedicated direct support.

Currently within the Saudi black and white copier market, Canon is the leader in terms of market share. Following the launch of the Saudi Channel Partner Program, the leader in imaging and business solutions aims to also further consolidate its market share in the laser and inkjet categories.

“Canon understands what its partners want to achieve for their business: namely profitability and supplier support. The Canon Partner Program is another step toward moving closer and working together with the channel community in the Kingdom. It allows us to support our channel partners in their business,” said Venkatasubramanian Hariharan, Sales Director, Canon Middle East.

“Canon’s business model aims to develop business that is mutually beneficial along with its distribution and Channel Partners, so we are confident the program will create a win-win partnership thereby creating a mutually profitable business,” he added.

Dealers in the Kingdom’s growing IT Channel community welcomed the new Partner Program and were also impressed with the new line up of Pixma inkjet and iSENSYS range of laser printers introduced for the Saudi market. — SG
