HAIL — The chief of the village of Wasita Al-Hafen was shot in the chest by a young man and taken to hospital. The man surrendered himself later. The Emir of Hail visited the chief, who was admitted to intensive care and inquired about his health. He ordered that he be airlifted to another hospital. A Hail police spokesman said the victim sustained several wounds in other parts of his body. He added that investigations are still ongoing with the shooter to find out why he shot the chief.
