Ministry wins top broadcasting medals

RIYADH — The Saudi Ministry of Culture and Information won three gold and five silver prizes at the 12th Al-Khaleej Festival for Broadcasting and TV Production.

Channel I of the Saudi television received a gold prize in the drama category, silver in dialogue programs and silver in comic drama.

The economic channel won silver in the field of economic programs, the News channel won silver in the illumination programs and Ajyal (generations) channel for children won silver.

The Call of Islam Radio won a gold prize for its religions programs. — SPA
